Are Cancellations Allowed?
We do not accept cancellations.
Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

What payment methods we accept?
Currently we accept Credit Card Payments and Bitcoin payments.

How do I know if my order went through?
You should receive an order confirmation email within moments of placing your order. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within a few hours, please check your spam folder, and be sure to allow future emails related to your purchase. If you are still unable to locate your order confirmation, please contact us to ensure that your order is in the works!

Refunds

What if the item I received is damaged or faulty?
We offer a no-hassle 7-day return process for defective items, which makes shopping with us easy and worry-free. We offer returns ONLY for defective items. Returns must be requested within 7 days of the shipping receipt date. Please contact us via email to request a return, be sure to include your order number. You will need to provide details on the defect and are responsible for return shipping charges. Returned items must be in original and new condition, with all product tags attached and in original packaging.

Are exchanges free?
We do not currently offer returns or exchanges on any orders.
Any shipping cost incurred for sending an item back to Lattalu are not covered by us.

How do I ship my order back to you?
We do not currently offer returns on any orders.  If your order arrived damaged, please contact us RIGHT AWAY to review the matter for you.
*If a customer fails to contact customer care before shipping their items back, Lattalu reserves the right to deny on said package(s). The package will be held with no refund processed.

What if the tracking shows delivered but I didn’t receive any package?
Do you suspect your package has been lost or stolen? Please contact our customer service team within 2 days of delivery date. We will try our best to contact our shipping carrier and create investigation on your order. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the USPS/FedEx investigation and for Lattalu to contact you with next steps. Measures would be taken if your package was claimed as lost. 

Shipping returns

What countries does Lattalu ship to?
Shipment is available only to the United States, at this time. Please allow 3-5 days prior to shipping due to the made-to-order fulfillment process.

We are constantly adding more countries, so please check back. If you have questions, please contact us! 


How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped, a confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to your registered email.

Shipping Address Changes
We do not allow changing of shipping address after the order is placed. Please ensure the address is correct upon placing the order.

Order Cancellation
When an order is in process, we do not allow order cancellation or shipping modification.

Order Quality Assurance
Orders are examined by a quality control team member prior to shipping. All orders are inspected for correct size and quality standards before being shipped.

I need to additional delivery addresses
At this time, we are unable to process a single order going to multiple destinations. Please place a separate order for each shipping address.
